LA Native Deorro Releases ‘Elevation EP’ on Dim Mak Records.

Here’s an EP containing different sounds, each song sounding completely different from the last. I tired to tie together the elements of Drumstep, with House, Dutch, Trance sounds, and Heavy Electro sounds at a slowed down tempo, creating Moombahcore. I’ve included a few of my students to be part of this EP. Vocalists Pasha,Tess Marie, and producer Zoo Funktion. I’m excited to show you what I have put together! – Deorro

Deorro is known for his progressive electro dutch style but he takes it to new heights with his latest EP, ‘Elevation’, available now on Dim Mak Records. The release is comprised of 5 original tracks with Deorros signature sound of swell and drop.

“Red Lips” swirls in a different motion with Pasha’s vocals and hard-pressed guitar strums, but then quickly jumps into familiar drumstep vigor. Tess Marie offers a gentle, romantic touch with her love strewn lyrics in Spanish for “Cayendo” (Falling in English). The EP titled track toggles in gears, from slow to fast, cribbed with heavy electro sounds. While “Hype” opens as an airy Trance track and spirals into a punchy beat.
